Tap the 'My Events' button in the app's navigation bar to open your Organizer Dashboard. This is where you manage all of your published events.
Choose the specific event you want to give a premium visibility boost to from your list.
Within that event's management screen, you will find a prominent button labeled 'Boost Your Visibility'. Tap this to open the promotion plan selection.
Select the plan that best fits your goals and budget (e.g., "The Spotlight," which pins your event to the top of the feed, or "The Headliner," which includes a social media post).
Complete the purchase using our secure, integrated Stripe Checkout. Once confirmed, your event will immediately begin its promotion period, appearing in the premium Billboard spot at the top of the main feed. You're all set!
Our secure QR code system is simple and fast. Here’s the step-by-step process for your staff.
Before you start redeeming, go to the "Me" tab, tap the "Edit Profile" button, and ensure your business name, location, and a short description are filled out. This information is shown to users on your deal listings.
After we've upgraded your account, you'll see a new"Business" tab in the bottom navigation bar of the app. Tap on it.
On the Business screen, you will see a prominent button labeled"Scan Redemption Code". Tap this to open the camera scanner. If prompted, please grant the app permission to use your camera.
Your customer will show you a unique QR code on their phone's screen. Simply point your camera at their code. The app will automatically scan and verify it.
If the code is valid, you will see a large success message on your screen confirming the redemption. If there's an issue (e.g., the deal has already been redeemed or is expired), you will see an error message instead.
