We are incredibly excited to announce the biggest update in PG Social's history: Native Ticketing. Starting today, every organizer in Prince George can sell tickets, merchandise, and add-ons directly through the app—without the headache of setting up a merchant account first.

Start Selling in 30 Seconds (Literally)

We've removed the barriers. With our new Silent Onboarding, you don't need to hunt for your banking information or wait for approval to start selling.

1. Create your event.
2. Enable "Ticketing" in the event setup.
3. Add your tickets (e.g., "General Admission").
4. Publish.

That's it. You are live and accepting payments instantly. We hold the funds securely for you. When the event is over and you're ready to withdraw your earnings, simply tap "Setup Payouts" to connect your bank account.

Boost Revenue with the "Cart" System

Why stop at admission? Our new Cart-Based Checkout allows you to upsell items to attendees before they even arrive.

• Drink Tickets: Sell a "Entry + 2 Drinks" bundle.
• Merch: Let fans buy a t-shirt along with their ticket.
• VIP Upgrades: Offer a "Skip the Line" pass as an add-on.

Attendees can add multiple items to their cart and pay for everything in a single, smooth transaction.

Native Scanning for Your Door Staff

Forget printing lists. The PG Social app now includes a built-in Ticket Scanner.

• QR Codes: Users get tickets with qr codes right in the apps and organizers can scan those tickets with a built-in scanner.
• Delegated Access: Assign your door staff in the app settings by their username. They can start scanning tickets for your events on your behalf.

Getting your event noticed is simple, fast, and secure. Here is the exact flow to boost your event in seconds:

1. Access Your Events: Tap the 'My Events' button in the app's navigation bar to open your Organizer Dashboard.
2. Select Event: Choose the specific event you want to promote from your list.
3. Boost Your Event: Within that event's management screen, tap the prominent 'Boost Your Visibility' button.
4. Choose & Pay: Select the promotion plan that fits your budget and goals (e.g., "The Spotlight," "The Headliner"). Our plan options are updated over the air, meaning you always see the latest pricing and features.
5. Secure Checkout: Payment is handled entirely within the app using our integrated, secure Stripe Checkout, matching the reliable experience you use for ticketing.
6. Instant Visibility: Once the payment is confirmed, your event immediately gets the premium visibility boost!

Top-Tier Value: Social Media Integration

For our premium-tier plans (like "The Headliner"), we go one step further:

• Social Queue Fulfillment: When you purchase a plan that includes a social media post, our system automatically flags your event in our queue so that we can get right to creating your perfect post.
• Guaranteed Marketing: Our admin team then monitors a dedicated "Social Queue" to ensure your event gets the promised promotion on our external social media channels (like Instagram & Facebook), driving even more traffic directly to your event listing.
